Registration cost is $85 for members and $100 for non-members. 

Interested in adding California native plants to your living space, but not sure where to start? In this virtual workshop, you will be led through a process of investigating your yard for its design potential. Through diagramming, observation, and goal-setting, participants will produce a small but foundational set of documents to jump-start their design planning. This workshop will be virtual and include short lecture segments, individual activities, and feedback sessions.
Instructor
Scot Pipkin is the Garden’s Director of Education and Engagement. Scot was born and raised in San Diego, California. After attending UCLA and receiving a degree in Geography with an emphasis in biogeography, he has worked to share his love for the natural world across the Southwest. Along the way, he received a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona.
